LAURENCE POITRIN
was born in 1962 next to Paris in the Val de Marne, she draws, observes the animals, and is cavalier since childhood.
She currently lives in the Pyrenees.
At the age of 13 years old, reading Konrad Lorenz, founder of ethology, she decided to choose an occupation to observe animals.

In 1981, received 1st in the entrance of Art School - Decorative Arts (EPIAR-Villa Arson Nice), she is DNSEP-graduated in 1986 with the congratulations of the jury (communication, graphics).
She worked in the design, computer graphics for agencies of Advertising in Paris, Nice, Sophia Antipolis.
Then she devoted the'90s to her children, dogs, hens and livestock dwarf rabbit.

In 2003 she introduced her first exhibition of paintings on the theme of the horse in the Galleri Hippo-Stockholm-Sweden, followed by selections for the Salon International de Saumur.
